Returns

I trust that all artworks will arrive in perfect condition and to your satisfaction; however, if you have any problems with your order or would like to arrange an exchange, replacement or refund, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and I will endeavour to resolve any issues with your purchase quickly and in a fair manner.  

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, providing the artwork is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

- Artworks not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to my error are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Shipping return costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Should you wish to return artwork, please package the artwork carefully and securely, preferably in the same packaging it arrived in and use a tracked and signed for postal service. As you can appreciate, I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to returned artwork whilst in transit and cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.

Digital Gift cards

Digital Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.  

  

Exchanges

- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, providing the artwork is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

- If an exchange cannot be offered if an item is no longer in stock, and you do not wish to exchange for another item, a refund will be issued.

- If the exchanged artwork is priced lower than the original purchase, the difference in cost will be refunded. If the exchanged artwork is priced higher than the original purchase, you will be requested to pay the difference. Additional postage costs may be requested.
