Do you ship internationally?


All originals & prints can be shipped worldwide.


How much does shipping cost?

  • Free worldwide shipping is available for all limited edition giclée prints

  • Original artworks - worldwide shipping is available, including postage & packing is calculated by the weight & destination. Please email for a quote on the price.

  • All the prices quoted are inclusive of VAT

Duties & Taxes

All applicable customs, duties and taxes are to be paid for by the buyer/recipient. This is variable between differing countries.

Do you provide a tracking number?

All Originals and prints are shipped either flat packed/not rolled (originals/paintings) or rolled in a wide, sturdy cardboard tube (limited edition prints) tracked & signed for. 

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

How do you ship items?

All artworks are signed by the artist and are issued with a Certificate of authenticity.

  • All artworks are sent by courier with a tracking number, signed for and shipped either flat/not rolled (originals/paintings) or rolled in a wide, strong & sturdy cardboard tube (for limited edition prints up to A3 size) and packaged very carefully to avoid damage during transit.

  • Larger limited edition prints over A3 size are shipped flat packed & packaged carefully & securely.

  • Prints up to A3 size are shipped in a wide strong & sturdy cardboard tube and packaged carefully & securely. 

  • Originals/paintings, whatever size are always shipped flat, (not rolled) packaged carefully & securely, with a tracking number and signed for.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow up to 7-10 days for your order to arrive.

Discounts

Discounts are offered from time to time and are limited to one customer email address. Discounts are time limited with start date and end date and time. If you would like to be the first to know about new work, exclusive offers and special events, please also sign up to my mailing list, thank you.

Returns

I trust that all artworks will arrive in perfect condition and to your satisfaction; however, if you have any problems with your order or would like to arrange an exchange, replacement or refund, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and I will endeavour to resolve any issues with your purchase quickly and in a fair manner.  

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, providing the artwork is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

- Artworks not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to my error are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Shipping return costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • Should you wish to return artwork, please package the artwork carefully and securely, preferably in the same packaging it arrived in and use a tracked and signed for postal service. As you can appreciated, I cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to returned artwork whilst in transit and do not guarantee that your returned item will be received.

Digital Gift cards

Digital Gift cards do not expire and are non-refundable.  

Exchanges

- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt, providing the artwork is returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase.

- If an exchange cannot be offered if an item is no longer in stock, and you do not wish to exchange for another item, a refund will be issued.

- If the exchanged artwork is priced lower than the original purchase, the difference in cost will be refunded. If the exchanged artwork is priced higher than the original purchase, you will be requested to pay the difference.

Additional postage costs may be requested.

Display

Every effort is made to display colours as accurately as possible; however, different devices display colours differently and may therefore vary. Payment will confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of this.
